The Utah Kindergarten Entry and Exit Profile Assessment, also known as the KEEP Assessment, is a test administered to all kindergartners in Utah as they enter kindergarten. I had the honor of providing some of the illustrations for the KEEP Assessment.
My playground scene has been in use for two years and is anticipated to stay in use for at least five more years. My illustration is the first test in the assessment tool where Kindergarteners are asked to look at the drawing and identify different types of playground equipment.
This was really easy to do. Drawing characters is my favorite activity. Just ask my coworkers. They’ll agree because my notebooks are continually covered in doodles.
