This was a recent project I finished up just last week. The Rocky Point subdivision in Alaska has beautiful lots overlooking Pioneer Peak. I was asked to develop the logo for the subdivision. Since Pioneer Peak is the view from these unique homesites, I used that in the logo. The winding Mat-Su river flows in front.

Capturing the beauty of Alaska in a logo is hard work, but it paid off in the end. Below are some additional iterations of the logo before we landed on the final design.
